Born and raised in Canada, Mark has lived and worked in the US and Canada along with experience in Latin America, Europe and Asian markets. He has enjoyed success as President & CEO of a Canadian Public Company, CEO of an affiliate of Canada’s largest private equity firm and a Business Unit President of a large multinational Fortune 500 organization. Mark’s formative years were spent within his family’s small business along with intern assignments at IBM Canada, the Toronto Hospital and Timminco Limited. 

Mark actively lends his experience to charitable non-profit groups and has helped organizations such as the Habitat for Humanity in Detroit, Upside of Downs in Ohio & Colorado, Special Olympics and Precious Minds Support Services in the Greater Toronto Area.
